Commercial Banking involves understanding our clients’ needs,
creating exactly the right solution – and then closing the
deal.
This demands a very specific mix of personal qualities, academic
qualifications and work experience:
- A Master’s degree (MSc, MA, LLM) or Bachelor’s
degree (with Honours) and no more than two years’ work
experience
- You study or work in Belgium, the Netherlands,
the UK or Asia, or you want to begin your career in one of these
countries
- You get a buzz out of solving complex financial
issues
- You are highly ambitious and customer
oriented
- You are entrepreneurial
- You get a kick out of closing deals
- Your ideal is to be a team player in a winning
team
- You want, in time, to become a manager
